It is no secret that scrap metal theft is on the rise. The consequences of which cause massive damages and pose a major inconvenience to innocent, hard working people. To ensure we do not purchase stolen material, Boulder Recycle requires a valid drivers license for any scrap-for-cash transactions regarding non-ferrous metals, catalytic converters or vehicles. All transactions over $300.00 are paid via check. These rules are in accordance with  C.R.S. § 18-13-111 .
